of the Habitat for many years. Continual evolution of the basic
octagonal shape has resulted in what we believe is the finest quality
portable shelter of its kind available. Design Shelter customers

in Canada and has gained significant international experience over the
years. Habitat shelters have been supplied to clients around the
world including the United Nations and the Organization of American States.
The company has evolved from a supplier of tree planting and forest fire
fighting crews to emergency management operations. Emerging markets for Design Shelter include military applications, urban search and rescue operations, overnight accommodations for private campgrounds & public parks and as eco-tourism camps world-wide. |

corporation with primary manufacturing facilities located in Mississauga,
Ontario Canada. Sales and administrative offices are located both
in Mississauga and Vancouver, British Columbia Canada. Design
Shelter actively sells to both domestic and international markets worldwide. |

| President of Design Shelter Inc. is Mr. Brad Matchung. Mr. Matchung represents the second generation of family
responsible for the management and operations of the company. |
