  • These parts are all that is required to assemble the portable shelter. A collapsible, aluminum- framed locking door is standard with each unit (shown in foreground).

  • The articulated mainframe unfolds in a similar manner to an umbrella and standard 6' (183 cm) vertical side walls allow maximum floor space in each shelter.

  • The framework is of highest quality 6063-T5 and 6061-T6 aluminum, with industrial clear anodized components for ease of maintenance and high strength to weight ratios. All other fastening components are plated to maximize resistance to corrosion.

  • No tools, guy ropes or wires are required. A completely free standing structure is formed when horizontal eave and base bars snap lock into the mainframe.

  • The octagonal and oval shapes of the Habitat and Long Habitat shelters provide superior structural integrity and maximum resistance to high wind conditions.

  • Unique ventilation cap minimizes heat buildup in the roof area and will accept a 6" (15 cm) stove flue pipe.

  • Each Habitat model features four large windows, complete with bug screen, clear vinyl window and privacy flap.

  • The standard cover material of 14 oz. vinyl coated polyester laminate contains ultra-violet and mildew inhibitors to help retard colour fading and rot.

  • An optional insulated cover is available for cold winter like conditions. The insulation has an approximate R Factor of 3. The aluminum foil bubble pack insulation reflects radiant heat admirably, thus maintaining a comfortable temparature environment inside the shelter even with a minimal heat source.

  • Optional accessories include table and shelf sets, collapsible bunk bed sets, custom fitted ground covers and field rugged carrying bags.

  • Custom fit integral electrical wiring harness and ruggedized dual bulb self contained fluorescent light sets are also available for each shelter model as a value added option.

  • Industrial use accessories include potable fresh and grey water distribution systems, including pump, field shower, nozzles, hoses and sump pump, and portable wash basins, water purification, internal space convection air heaters and water heaters.
