Floor Specifications

The following floor specification, drawing and bill of materials has been provided to you as a courtesy of being a Design Shelter Inc. customer. Should you decide to use this drawing to build your own floor, please ensure that proper footings are built and that any vertical posts used are installed below the frost line in your area. All excavated post holes should be filled with concrete and allowed a proper time to set prior to construction of the floor deck. Design Shelter Inc. assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the quality and safety of the floor design. Any customer using this plan to build a floor for their own Habitat does so at their own risk. Design Shelter accepts no liability for any faulty or poorly crafted floor construction. This information has been provided to you as a courtesy only.
