Design Shelter Systems offers a 365-day warranty on any parts or components found to be defective from delivery date (indicated on final invoice).  Defective components will be provided to field locations at no charge FOB Mississauga, Canada.  Field labour is not included.

Alternatively, damaged frames and/or covers can be returned to our factory for repair.  Shipping charges to and from customer destination are extra.

Cover Maintenance: Particular attention should be given to keeping the velcro as clean as possible.  Periodic brushing of the velcro fastener will extend the life of the product.  Cover material can be easily cleaned using mild soap and water.  Periodic wiping down of the cover is recommended to maximize the life of the product.

Frame Maintenance: Particular attention should be placed on keeping folding and telescopic components free from dirt, grass and debris.  Periodic wiping down of the frame and clearing of the components is recommended to maximize the life of the product.
